My friend's helping me build a new bedframe/box spring since my current one won't fit up my staircase. This weekend's the only time in the near future that he can do it.
It's kind of a lame excuse for missing a birthday bash such as this, but my mattress is on the floor and I haven't had a good night's rest since we moved, so it's gotta get done before class starts on Monday.
